Ricky is a University Innovation Fellow trained at Stanford's Design School, a founder and CEO to multiple companies, and a dual degree graduate of Purdue University in Neuroscience and Biotechnology. Ricky has previously secured investment in companies built from $0 to valuations of $5MM post-money.

 

Ricky has also worked in renewable energy tangential fields for 4 years including research organizations, international leadership programs, and National Science Foundation Small Business Innovation Research Grant-winning startup companies. He leverages years of experience in Design Thinking and Lean Startup methods assisting early-stage venture companies. Ricky works as a Limited Partner to Argona Partners, assisting in investor relations, and providing analytics and reporting support in relation to business development and document preparation.
